Sherry Li

Founder and CEO

Sherry is a serial entrepreneur, published author, and eCommerce growth expert based in LA. She founded TikTok Shop Lab in 2015, which has since grown into one of the top TikTok Shop agencies in North America. Her team manages influencer marketing and sales strategies for brands across consumer goods, beauty, electronics, and health — collectively managing some of the top-performing TikTok Shop stores in North America.

Barry Plaskow

Co-Founder and Head of Strategy

Barry is a veteran eCommerce entrepreneur with over 15 years of hands-on experience selling online. He built his first six-figure store on eBay in 2009, scaled multiple brands on Amazon FBA throughout the 2010s, and was one of the earliest US-based sellers to transition into TikTok Shop in 2023. Barry brings a rare combination of old-school business fundamentals and cutting-edge platform strategy — with a track record of spotting the next big opportunity before the crowd catches on.
